Compare the name, card number, set, language, and edition. The same card may have different artwork or rarities. Check the product details and, if any information is missing, ask us before buying.

A single is an individual card. Sealed products include booster packs, boxes, and other items in their original factory packaging. A graded card is encapsulated and assigned a grade by a grading company. Choose based on whether you want a specific card, products to open, or a graded collectible.

Review the listed condition and product photographs. Do not assume a stock image shows the exact card you will receive. If you need a closer look at the edges, corners, or surface, ask for more information before placing your order.

A card shown on the packaging is not guaranteed to be inside. Check the contents described in each product listing. Packs with randomized contents do not let you choose the cards they contain.

Check whether the product is marked as a preorder and review the estimated release date and terms before paying. If you want to combine a preorder with in-stock products, contact us to confirm how your order would ship.

Review the order summary before paying and read our shipping policy. If you need to confirm delivery coverage, timing, or an order for a special date, contact us before purchasing.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. If you received a damaged item or a different item from the one you ordered, include photographs of the product and packaging. Please also read our return and refund policy.
