About Ludoman
Ludoman is a store for Dragon Ball, One Piece, and Pokémon cards and collectibles. These terms govern purchases at ludoman.shop. For questions about products, orders, or these terms, email contacto@ludoman.shop.
Products and card condition
Before purchasing, review each product's photographs, description, variant, language, edition, and condition. Cards may have wear or manufacturing imperfections disclosed in their listing. If a listing is for an individual item, you will receive the advertised item; any illustrative image must be identified as such.
An ungraded card does not come with a promise of a particular grade if submitted to a grading company. For sealed products, randomized contents are determined by the manufacturer, and specific cards are not guaranteed unless the listing expressly states otherwise.
Orders and payments
Prices are shown in Mexican pesos unless another currency is indicated. Before paying, you can review the products, discounts, taxes, and shipping charges that apply. Provide accurate purchase and delivery details and use an authorized payment method. Purchases by minors must involve their parent or legal guardian.
If an inventory shortage or error prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will contact you to resolve it while respecting your rights. We will not substitute products or charge additional amounts without your agreement. If a paid order must be canceled, we will process the applicable refund.
Delivery and order issues
Estimated delivery within Mexico is 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Domestic shipping costs $200 MXN and is free for purchases over $2,000 MXN after discounts. International shipping costs $1,000 MXN for enabled destinations and has separate delivery estimates. See our shipping policy.
We do not offer voluntary returns for a change of mind, to the extent permitted by law. We guarantee that you will receive the card you purchased in its advertised condition and address non-delivery, errors, and damage under our return and refund policy. Consumers' legal rights take precedence over any provision of these terms.
International shipping and import costs
The buyer is responsible for all import costs. For shipments to the United States and any other enabled international destination, the buyer must pay any applicable customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and carrier handling or disbursement fees in the destination country. These costs are not included in the $1,000 MXN shipping fee. If any such amount is expressly collected at checkout, it will be shown separately and should not be paid again for the same charge. Amounts depend on the destination's authorities and carrier.
Website use and content
Do not use the website for fraud, unauthorized access, or unlawful activities. Game brands belong to their respective owners. Ludoman's original content may not be reused commercially without permission.
Privacy and updates
Our handling of personal data is explained in our privacy policy. We may update these terms by publishing a new version; changes do not retroactively alter the terms of already confirmed orders. Mexican law applies without excluding consumers' mandatory rights or access to the competent authorities.
